I am filling USC online application and was wondering if we need to attach a copy of SOP in addition to answering questions asked related to dentistry ?

When I check my application it shows that i need to attach SOP in supporting documents.

Also, what all documents need to be sent by mail in addition to cheque?I have already ordered evaluation report,part1 scores,TOEFL to be sent directly to USC.Do we need to send two letters of recommendation or three?

i would be thankful for any help!

ppl who already finished with USC application, please respond. It will be great help guys!

hey blueskydentist! well, I started with my application, I just need to finish answering the questions. I am not sure if I should send a personal statement either, I would also like to know. As for documents, I am sending 4 rec. letters, notarized transcripts with their notarized translations, notarized diploma with its translation, notarized NBDE I copy, sealed ECE evaluation, CV, money order, and TOEFL sent directly by agency. Im not sure if i am missing something here. what else are you sending?

ps. are we supposed to get the agency to send documents directly to the school? if so, I am f!@#$!!!!!

I am sending the same but instead of 4 only two LOR(mentioned online on USC website),i have ordered ece and toefl to be sent directly to the school (not sure about this, but its done so can't do much about it) and i think they only accept online payments (by credit card) coz i also got the cheque done as told on phone yesterday and today i called up to be sure and they told that only inline payments.:meanie:

hope it helps

thanx for the info guys!!

are you guys sure that a SOP is needed for USC. Do the answers to the USC questions really tell them the type of person you are? I feel that it the answers aren't enough. well, that's my point of view. anyways, are you guys sure they do not require it. Ohm and another thing, should we send our CV through their online application service? thanx in advance!

Do the answers to the USC questions really tell them the type of person you are? No,I agree with you but when i called up and they said no,I didn't send it.I don't think they will bother to go through it if they haven't asked for it.Just my guess!

I have sent my CV through mail.

HTH
