1. USC chances of acceptance after the interview?

2. How many interviewed?

3. How many acceptances?

They plan on interviewing 500 applicants and they have 144 spots .....so they approximately accept 3 out of 10 students! Good luck 🙂

Curious. How do you know the statistic for how many they interview ?

They enroll 144 but accept many, many more then that since USC isn't a first pick for too many peeps.

No, I interviewed back in November and was actually complimented on my BPL section in front of the rest of the applicants. They said that my comments were exactly what they wanted to hear. Havn't heard from them since.

I think .. and this is just a speculation based on observation .. that the adcom people of USC wants to find a person who will DEFINITELY attend USC if chosen for acceptance. I'm sure all schools try to do this at some level, but I think this is true esp. for USC, since it is such an expensive school, that they really want to find people who REALLY wants to go there.

Why do I say this? USC adcom people made me go through extra hurdles before, during, and after interview, that I figured they really must be questioning my suitability for the program. However, I actually complied with whatever they requested of me (stuff on top of the regular app procedures at that school), and they accepted me.

If you make it very obvious to them that you really really really want to attend that school, you'll probably get in, IMHO.
