I can't comment much on the program from personal knowledge, but I've heard good things and I know they've attracted some solid names in research for a newer program and they've been attracting good residents (again from what I hear). I can tell you that Greenville is an awesome city with lots of things to do and very close to a lot of beautiful areas for hiking and camping. I think it's overlooked because everyone of all the hype over Charleston. I believe they have TMS if that's an area of interest.
