wondering what's the diff b/t USC residency halls vs USC apts. are the halls on campus, whereas the apts are off-campus? also, which hall is closest to the pharm building, safest, most affordable, decent, etc. any suggestions? i want to live alone in a one-bedroom. how do i go about doing that, and what are the chances i even get to live alone if i live on USC property? is there an opening date or dealine to apply, and when is peak time? thanks, i know i have lots of questions.
