USC interview everyone?

That's about it. Do they interview everyone that meets the minimum or is that a rumor? 😕

What do you mean the "minimum?"

My guess would be no, even not knowing what the "minimum" is. I think the current MSAR says only ~100 people were interviewed last year from out-of-state. That doesn't sound like a whole lot considering they get several thousand applications.

i read a few days ago that they interview around 500 people.. and i don't think that's everyone.
