i have a 2 hole handpiece wil i need the adapter for it ?? or shud i buy a 4 hole hand piece ??

Can you tell me where did you buy your 4 hole hand piece from, and will it work with USC system or do we need an adapter for that.

Also I have brought a 2 hole hand piece that works in India. Can anyone tell me from where can I get converter for it? will it work as a slow speed handpiece?

are we suppose to do tooth preparation on mannequins as in just as in a patient?? indirect vision n all ?? or its easier to do prep on typhos we can move around the tooth ?? hold it in hand ??

YOu have to fax them the list with all the credit card and required instrument and after that just call them to confirm that they have received your fax.

I have a one question, is it silly; do we need to get our own protective wears (Gloves, Mask etc.)? And what about the cotton rolls? Please do let me know about this.

yes you need to bring everything, masks and goggles.

no it is not mandatory to wear scrubs. i just posted abthe same as many people questioned what to wear. According to lauren wear anything which s comfortable but definately not pyjamas, shorts or inappropriate. i mean u r good to come in a business/professional suit but scrubs are definately more comfortable!!!

I got it from USC itself last year.... it had all the 32 teeth and was about 200 dollars...

You will be surprised to know how cool some people are.... I have myself seen some of them wearing pyjamas/shorts to be comfortable during the exam... !!!

central incisor was asked last year and not pm or molar and also they give detailed instructions about how to carve it.

carve both crown and root and dimensions were also given. just like we did carvings in dental anatomy. hope it clears your doubt,

Tell me in detail about RPD design. We have to use two pencils red and blue? We will get a cast or design is on Paper? I dont think we need to use green pencil. How much time we will get do complete all the exercises? Wat are you prcticising for carving? central incisor or anything else also?
