What is this interpersonal Communication requirement that USC has? My school doesn't offer it and I called them and they couldn't give me a clear answer. I asked if intro to pseech would be ok but they said they didn't know. If they don't know, how am I suppose to know!

did u check out their course equivalencies webpage? http://www.usc.edu/schools/pharmacy/pharmd/admission/equivalencies.html
if your school doesn't offer it you may have to take it at a different school ie. community college.

I am not sure who you talked to, but call USC directly and speak with Jim Granderson- he usually has a straight answer and he is in school now, i saw him half an hour ago

From my experience, intro to speech is not equivalent to interpersonal communication.

But check that previous link posted. It provides which classes are equivalences are accepted.

Are we talking about the Game Cocks or Trojans?
Perhaps 'Speech and Communication' is the class. I recall trying to find a JC that offered a speech class over the summer before I started at SC.. It was a struggle..

The speech class required for usc changed this past fall2004 too. I was going to take speech 1 at a community college this past summer because usc and other cali pharm schools required it but decided to take econ instead....then next thing u know it usc changed their requirement. That anyone after fall 2004 must take a different speech class than the one they used to require...*sigh* should've taken it when i had the chance...

Check to see if your school is listed on the usc course equ. page that someone put up the link for in a previous post. My suggestion would be to take it at a JC. Good luck!
