Thanks for sharing! These stats are close to except my 17 is in ochem and I submitted kira on 9/18. Hopefully I hear back soon and good luck at your interview!

Oh shoot. I’m assuming that’s the last round of pre December interviews then? I did my kira in September but have not heard back ): it’s making me anxious. I think my kira went bad.

the interview date last posted was at the end of october, there's still lots of time before decision day...

do not be "that guy"
speak up, but do not talk over or belittle others
acknowledge others' ideas and expand upon them
call on other people who haven't spoken up and ask their opinions
they are looking for people who work well with others in groups...

It's different for everyone-- I submitted my kira in July and just received my interview invite this week whereas there are people who submitted their kira a lol later and received an interview before me. There is no particular order or timeframe.
 
I'm feeling discouraged ): I did my Kira in September and have not heard back for an interview. I'm worried I did not perform well on it. I thought I answered ok, but not amazing. Did anyone feel this way and get an in person interview?

hey! Don't worry at all! I applied the first week of June and didn't hear back regarding Kira until mid July. From Mid July, I didn't hear back for an interview until mid September. Its a long process and USC interviews until April-may I believe. Keep faith and don't worry. if your stats are good (20 AA 3.5+ gpa, Good shadowing/volunteering 100+ hours) then you should get at least an interview.
 
anyone else got check back december 13th on their portal? does this mean anything?
 
I think they usually send them in one batch but if you are waitlisted don’t worry, the waitlist moves a lot!
 
Checked my AADSAS portal this morning at 9AM EST and saw waitlisted. No email/call as of now 4:38 PM. Good luck everyone!!
 
Does anyone know how likely it is to get off the waitlist? I had a pre-december interview and didn’t get accepted :/ starting to freak out

Is there a point in sending a letter of interest? I did my Kira in September but did not get an interview invite ):
 
Have they sent interviews for the September kira yet even? Last year they interviewed until like April
