A recent site was launched called OrthoEvidence. I thought it was pretty cool site when I signed up so I encourage you all to join (its free!!). In short, the website collects top quality evidence in orthopaedics and posts unique ACE reports that evaluate/summarize the study. They also state the potential impact the study has on daily practice - putting evidence based medicine to work! They have many other cool features as well so check them all out!
