Usefullness of Harrison's Self Assment and Board Review?

Anyone ever use this in 3rd / 4th year? How would you rate it?

It is too difficult imo...Unless you really read through and memorized a lot of Harrison's...and even then it is too difficult...I think it is more for those looking to score very highly on the internal medicine boards.

That book is meant for Internal Medicine Boards which one takes after 3 years of Internal Medicine Residency. I wouldn't use it for a clerkship. Stick to question books made for med students like MKSAP for students, Pretest, Kaplan, etc.
