Hi guys, this is my first post..
I have 3 US IM LORs but 1 of them is short but good and another points out a flaw at the start of my rotation but then makes up by saying he improved tremendously,... et al.
I have another LOR from the chief of cardiac surgery, which I am sure will b fine.
Could someone please help me decide which three to use for IM app this match season (I am planning to use 1 LOR from my home country so that leaves 3 possible LOR slots)
Should I change the LOR with a negative line with one from surgery??
