Using similar/same essays on different secondaries?

I've encountered a pretty general question on several secondaries: What will you bring to our school/what makes you unique.

Would it be bad practice to use essentially the same essay for two different schools? I just find this particular question to be general enough that this might be okay. I do believe, on the other hand, that more specific questions definitely merit a unique response.

What are your thoughts?
