I am just wondering if someone can describe what parts of the book to NOT focus on even if you want to get a 90+ on the boards?

I am assuming pharmacology is one section but what about behavioral sciences?

Before you start, you should check ADA website and do some homework. There is a list what subjects and areas usually get tested in NBDE.

USMLE is difficult and not very useful for NBDE takers.
