Worth buying First Aid for NBDE part 1, Third edition if already have the second?

Hello everyone, I currently have the First Aid for NBDE part 1, Second edition book. It was passed on to me from someone else, and I noticed that there is a newer edition out there. I'm not sure if there are a lot of differences and if it's worth me buying the third edition. I haven't yet read it, so before I start I wanted to hear if its worth upgrading.

I didn't use first aid but you will find that the information on the exam has not changed much over the years. As long as the information is within the last 5 years I would say you are good to go.
