So I have two experiences while I was abroad that I feel are two of my most meaningful. Would it be bad to list them both as most meaningful? I feel like a lot of times now, med schools want people who are willing to stay in the country and help underserved areas around here... Or am I thinking too much? Any input would be appreciated!

You bring up a valid point, but I think if those experiences are truly your most meaningful, then you should have no trouble writing a great description on the AMCAS and that would look best.

PS: I would consider only marking one of them as your most meaningful and using two different types of activities for your remaining most meaningful (research, volunteering, tutoring, etc).

Thanks for your input. The thing is, the other experience I would also name as most meaningful, I talk a lot about in my personal statement (it's tutoring). And the one foreign activity which I would DEFINITELY say is one of my most meaningful experiences, I just got back from last week. I am so conflicted! Does it look bad if I use this experience even though I JUST got back from it? Because if I'm only going to use one foreign experience, this one definitely beats the other (even though I got something great from both of them). I'm not sure if I'm over-thinking all of this or I'm actually right. I hope all of this rambling makes sense...

It doesn't matter if you just got back from it. Pick whatever you will be most enthusiastic about in the interview.

It's fine as long as it did not involve something they would not let you do here in the US.
