Has it actually been a challenge for you or do you just see it as a talking point?

I am/was in the exact same situation (kind of, switched to pre med later on, but finished HS early and was in college at 16). Did you find this as an actual challenge though? What kind of hurdles did you face?

Honestly for me, the only problems I faced being younger were that some things required you to be at least 18 years old, but I got around that and still did most of the regular activities people do.

I graduated from a class of 34 kids a week after turning 17. I will have barely turned 21 next year when graduating from a class of 3000. Not many people even know I'm younger than they are because I don't make it a big deal, and I don't act like I am either. The only challenge was/is 18+/21+ jobs and events, but that shouldn't be a big deal.
