The 24/7 coach is a chat-based coach who is available for navigational questions, questions about the course structure etc. For content questions, we have a team of Content Experts available via email, and these emails are typically answered within 24 hours. Our Content Experts were involved in the writing of the course material, are certified USMLE teachers and tutors, and last but not least, practicing medical specialists.

The online course consists of over 100 online lessons. These take the form of interactive, flash-based lessons. There is both an audio and visual component to each lesson. We initially launched our online program in 2001. So, yes, we've been around for a while. We haven't offered classroom courses in the US in about 5 years though, so we keep a low USMLE profile in the US.

If I am not mistaken, there doesn't seem to be enough practice questions in this package. 7-one hour tests and 3 full lengths don't add up to as many questions as one would get with a Kaplan or USMLE world package, or am I mistaken. Are there practice questions that I am not accounting for? Thanks.
