I got a prematch in Internal Medicine, I'm working now and I have few months to study for step 3 'till June, I was wondering if I should take step 3 now or If I should plan for my vacation and take step 3 after my PGY1, what do you suggest? :wow:

Step 3 is heavily based in internal medicine. That's why most 2nd/3rd year medicine residents have to do very little studying for the exam to attain a passing score. You'd save yourself a whole lot of grief by waiting until you finish intern year to take Step 3. That way you have a very tiny bit of peds, ob and surgery to review, the stupid computer simulation interface to decipher and you're set.
