USMLE Transcript problem?? ERAS messing up ALL DAY!!!

okay so i've been scrambling w/ no luck so far.... i looked to see on "tracking applications" and most programs have downloaded everything from my application... but for EVERY program, on "USMLE Transcript", it says "Not uploaded to PostOffice yet" and shows that every program hasn't downloaded my USMLE Transcript yet.

When I applied to each program I clearly check marked "Send" USMLE Transcript. Plus when i checked "My Uploaded Documents", it lists everything was uploaded to the PostOffice INCLUDING my USMLE Transcript.

SO.... what the heck is going on here?? Is anybody else or EVERYBODY having this same problem or is it only me??

I know ERAS has been messing up allll day long. First one of my friends was getting charged by ERAS to send out applications but they fixed that in about an hour. Then for some reason, ERAS was telling me I was over the 30 application limit, showing that I applied to 130 programs during the scramble already.... which prevented me from applying to any programs thru ERAS for about another hour!!

anyways... scrambling is horrible enough without having problems from ERAS. if anybody is having this same problem or has an answer to what is going on... please respond. thankss!

okay finally ERAS is starting to show that my USMLE transcript has been uploaded and is available to most programs... but not all of them yet... all of my documents were uploaded early today, almost right away. but my USMLE transcript is showing that it was uploaded at 9:47pm tonight!!!! why the heck did it take more than 10 hours to upload my USMLE transcript??

i feel like this has really set me back, and killed my chances for scrambling into any of my top scramble spots....

anybody out there w/ this same problem?🙁

glad it got there.
frankly I retrasmitted my usmle scores in case i would need to scramble, but i did not need to.

You need to think ahead in these situations

ANYWAYS.... i emailed ERAS about this problem and here is what they said:

Dear Doctor,
Thank you for contacting ERAS Support Services at ECFMG.

.The USMLE Transcript is generated electronically and is uploaded with each transmission. The USMLE Transcript was uploaded to some of your programs but some others did not make it in the first 2 transmissions. This means that these transcripts will be uploaded with the next transmission we run..
.Please note that there is nothing that can be done to speed up the process since the transcript is computer generated and we cannot control when they are uploaded due to the sheer volume of applicants..

SO yea.... because of this, i feel like i've missed out on some prime locations for scramble.... still calling and getting automated voicemails saying just to apply thru ERAS and wait for a callback.....i haven't had any luck at all.... (oh my USMLE scores all on 1st try were Step 1 - 222/90, Step 2 - 210- 85, passed CS, ECFMG certified, graduated, and i'm trying to scramble into FP!) i thought i had a good chance of scrambling into FP.... anybody have any encouraging words or thoughts??

Agreed, all you can do is keep calling. Many people will simultaneously call with two phones - their school's landline, and their own cell phone.
