Can you reset the questions in USMLE world? I know you couldn't do it with qbank for step1.

Just talked to them about this last week......If you're subscription is for 6+ months, they'll reset it ONCE for you. Otherwise, no......I wound up letting my subscription end and then signing up again for full price 20 minutes later......
