I am doing preparation for usmle 1, pls guide me guys. Nowadays i am doing from dr.najeeb lectures system wise then later planning to do kaplan......anyone got more suggestions for me ?

First Aid + UWORLD + Pathoma = Success

These are what most people will suggest using. I just took the test a few weeks ago and felt these resources prepared me well.

I usually score average to slightly above average on class exams if that's what you're asking.

How important are the basics if you are using those resources to learn/study from? (UFAP)

UFAP is all you need to review if you have good basics.
However, if you lack basics then I suggest Becker eCoach and USMLERx.
As Conrad Fischer famously said "you can't review what you never knew" !

How good are Becker videos compared to Kaplan ?

I am talking about Becker eCoach not videos.
Becker eCoach has online textbooks with some embedded audio/video explaining concepts.
