USMLErx AND First Aid express videos

how can I make the out most benifits from USMLErx Qbank AND First Aid express videos? also is it better or the DIT course?

and if any one used USMLE Step 1 Secrets, please tell me is it suitble for the study or not.

You would probably benefit the most by not using any of the resources that you mentioned. If you've started, or if you're about to start, your dedicated study period, use First Aid + UWorld + a pathology resource (Goljan, Pathoma, BRS). If you're adamant about utilizing a video lecture series, consider the Kaplan lectures.

It is not advisable to do either First Aid express videos or the DIT course (they both mostly read FA to you without explaining much).
I suggest to stick with UFAP method (UWorld, First Aid & Pathoma) depending on your basic knowledge along with listening to Goljan in your free time.
If you lack basics then add Kaplan videos and lecture notes.
If you want a high score (>240) then add SketchyMicro and How the immune system works.
I also recommend doing Kaplan QBank if you have time.
