USMLERx as a tool during MSII?

I was wondering if anyone could give me input into whether you think using USMLERx as an adjunct to MSII would be useful. I am following along my classes in First Aid and am thinking that USMLERx might be useful to hammer home the points.

Good Idea... if you can finish it by halfway through MSII then use Kaplan Qbank till 2months to your step I then switch to uworld for the final stretch. This is what i wish i had done, i discovered usmlerx second half of MSII so will be doing that and uworld.
