When doing USMLERx questions, I notice that they ask questions about details not mentioned in first aid. Is it important to make sure we know these details? Should I annotate Lewy bodies are made of alpha-synuclein? I'm not adding these info in because I don't think its high yield, but if it's a mistake, tell me now before I do more questions
 
that fact is high yield and it's in first aid under Lewy body dementia on page 465

not sure the answer to your question though.... i guess use your judgment

I believe that anything you find in QBanks that you haven't seen before / is not in FA should be annotated. This extra info is where your points come from.

And the above poster is right that that Lewy body detail is high-yield.
