Hey fellow SDN members, just got a subscription to umslerx, and as ive seen previous posts about the easy, medium, and hard questions, was still wondering on how that works(its obv based on question difficulty) but any other significance ie question explanations? Also if im just starting off with it, what mode do you guys recommend for me to start with?

Easy questions are usually more straightforward or testing easier/general topics. Depends on how far away your test is, but if you're just starting off and going through FA along with Rx, it wouldn't hurt to do easy/medium and save medium/hard for later when you have a better grasp of the material.
