I have about 500 questions left in UWorld and my exam is monday. I've been feeling better about it because I've been hitting over high 70s to 80s on my last several 46-question timed random blocks. However, today I tried some of my friend's USMLERx questions (selected only the Hard ones) and I didn't do as hot. It was basically rote memorization from First Aid, you either know it or you don't.

Is the real USMLE more like this, or more like UWorld? I'm debating spending my remaining days just memorizing first aid rather than doing questions if that's the case.

I had a lot of questions on my test that were actually more similar to Rx than UWorld. I was pretty surprised by this, but actually, it makes sense--the UWorld questions can sometimes be too multi-step.

I usd Rx throughout the year with my classes and found it great to help me hammer in some of the harder facts to remember from FA. It is a great way to go through FA and see where you are still lacking and also to apply the knowledge you memorized.
