:scared: Ok, so I used USMLE world a couple of months ago, and then moved step 2 back a couple of months. I didn't have time to do USMLEworld for a month (heavy rotation) and so I let it expire thinking i would renew it when I got around to studying again. Well, today I paid the $90 for a month of use, thinking that it would still have all 1000+ questions I've already done archived so I don't have to start over from the beginning, but to my dismay, it says I've done 0 questions!!! I emailed the company, but who knows if they will actually reinstate my previous user data. Now, looking at the website, it doesn't say anything about losing all your data if you dont' renew within 48 hours of your subscription expiring. It even says this:

"A reset is basically a permanent and irreversible purge (delete) of all of your test and performance data from our system. This option is available in only two scenarios outlined below:
Purchase of a new subscription: You purchased a brand new subscription (i.e. your previous subscription has expired and you did not renew) and still have the old information in your Qbank."

Well that's what I did, and but my old information is gone! I'm very pissed and hope they respond. I don't really have time to redo all the questions over again, and my stats will be messed up if I'm doing the same questions over again.

This happen to anyone else?
