USN - South Jordan, Utah duplex available

I am going to be attending USN South Jordan campus this fall 2007. I own a duplex about 12 miles away from the school. I currently plan to live on one side of the duplex and renting the 4 bed / 1 bath side of the duplex to 4 fellow USN students if I can drum up enough interest. Rent will be about $325 per month per person including the following utilities: Cable TV with DVR, high speed internet, natural gas, electrcity, water, and trash. A discount will be given for multiple months of advanced payment on lease. A 16 minute drive (mostly interstate highway) easily accesses the South Jordan campus.
