So I was sick and my mouth was dry from sudafed. I forgot social history on one or two. Forgot family history on a bunch. But what's killing me is forgetting some real obvious things like ROM on an msk complaint. I didn't do a full abdominal exam on a Gi complaint because of indicated pain. Had a nice 10 second moment of silence when I lost my train of thought. I was slightly visibly nervous. I felt the patients never really responded to me. Although I feel that my actual histories are fine, I have good differentials and workups. I was always nice and professional (washed hands, summarized, Draped and asked permission). Look there were some I know I did real well, it's just 2 and half cases I just feel I was flustered on for no reason. Someone tell me I'm freaking out and to chill.

pretty sure this is a common feeling afterwords (at least it seems to be the trend). MMy score is pending (knockonwood) but I'm sure you're fine. We're not doctors yet. They plan this to allow for errors - that's why more than half of you score is going to depend on your interaction with the patient. The other half is your skill level as a doctor (which actually encompasses a ton of things: the Hx, the Physical, the SOAP note, ect). I wouldn't be worried. You'll get numb to it in a few weeks anyway haha... the wait for your score is 8-10 w. Congrats on being done!
