Hello all. I am interested in Southwestern but am not from Texas and have no connections to the state. I've heard that Southwestern is really big on numbers and having a 38+ MCAT/3.8+ GPA can almost guarantee an acceptance there (assuming average recs, activities, etc) Does anyone have any inside information about admissions for Texas wannabes like myself? Is there anything else I can do to make myself more appealing? Thanks!
