I've been given the opportunity to be babysat by some Trauma Drs atUTHSCSA....
1- I have never ever ever done a formal observation. As a CNA, I have gotten to observe and participate in treatments on patients, on my own, with the RN or with the Dr. Is formal observation much different?
2- There's going to probably be a buttload of actual med students around, and I'd hate to be mistaken for one.. what do I do if all is going crazy and someone tells me to help?
3- What should I wear? I was told not to wear scrubs or jeans or khakis, but that sneakers were ok.
