Any information anyone can provided about UVM would be greatly appreciated. It is by far my first choice and I am not sure how hard I will have to push to get in.

My undergrad is in business and I am just starting the prereqs I need for next fall.

I was wondering the Same thing. There is not a lot about UVM anywhere on the Pre PT forum. It would be my first choice next year as well and i would love to hear more about it also.

hey,

i applied to UVM's pre-pt program when I was going into UVM for my undergraduate degree, and they accepted me into the 3+3 program. I stopped short of statistics, and ultimately ended up taking a few years off and reapplying elsewhere...either way, UVM's program seems to be very easy to get into, in that their course requirements and observation hours are not so strict. Unless it has changed, you will not need to take anatomy with lab, only one semester of biology, and no observation hours required.

You definitely need A&P 1 and 2 for UVM as well as Chem 1 and2, Physics 1 and 2 and a few others. They don't interview though, nor do they require observation hours.

I guess I am looking for info from anyone who has applied and gotten in. How competitive is admissions to the program?
