Hi all, I am looking for some perspective on this program. Has anyone visited the school, been accepted or attended? I really like everything I've learned about it, but there isn't much discussion on this forum.

I've visited and really liked the program.
It's the only one I applied to and was accepted for fall 2012.

I looked into the program and talked to a student on the phone, and decided it wasn't for me because my learning style fits really well with a traditional classroom and COPHP is a pretty big departure from that. It seems like a really progressive program with a big focus on group-think - it's "problem-based" and centered around group work on case studies. Awesome sounding program, not for me (dammit if I don't love a good lecture).

I applied to their general health services program, and am waiting to hear back.

Great to know! I'm very strongly considering it (like 95% there), but I haven't had the chance to visit.

If you can visit you totally should. I had a pretty good idea of what to expect from a pbl class, but seeing it really gave me a better understanding of it. And everyone was super nice which was pretty cool.
