Hey there!

Does anyone happen to know if the UW deadline of 1/1/12 means receipt of all materials from OTCAS or do they mean e-submitted by 1/1/12?

Sorry to respond so late. Yes, it has to be received by 11:59pm on 1/1/2012 or whatever the deadline of the school is. If the application is not verified by OTCAS that is okay. But all letters or recommendation, transcripts and so on have to be received and you would have to e-submit by the deadline.
