UW explanations or RR Path?

OK I have a few weeks to go. I'm debating whether I should carefully go over and take notes on the UW questions I got wrong or just read RR cover-to-cover. I have been going back through the UW questions I got wrong and it is taking a long time. I already finished UW and read the answers while going through it but it doesn't really seem that I remember that much! The UW explanations are great but I just seem to be coming across so much random stuff like "Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome" and I'm like wtf maybe I should just be reading Papi instead. Any thoughts? Thanks!
