I wish I didn't have to put a lot of effort into this test, but my program requires a certain score to be able to moonlight. Was wondering if there is anything out there like Uworld / similar good resource that would best prep a resident for the PRITE exam?

I know of a program that was criticized for allowing old PRITE copies to float around. The ACGME thought it would invalidate the test some. Then it was pointed out that the American College sells past tests to anyone willing to pay.

If you're willing to invest the cost necessary, a formal board review resource would also likely be helpful. I've been very happy with Beat the Boards, and it'd be a great way to review the clinical content on the PRITE - not to mention doubling as board prep. It's pretty expensive, but if you're willing to spend money it's a great resource.

In my program, most people just review previous PRITE exams and identify areas of weakness and read on those topics.

Will second the rec on beat the boards!

I was very pleased with Resident Genius as well as my classmates. It's leagues ahead of ninjaprite and for the vast amount of review material you get for less than 90 bucks it's an easy decision. I'm not going to shell out $1000 for beat the boards. Someone in the year behind me used resident genius and scored the highest in my program. I'm sure BtB is great, but I think Resident Genius can help with boards prep too. Just my 2 cents.
