Hey guys,

I couldn't find a recent thread on this topic. I'm looking for advice on how deep to go when reviewing uworld explanations.

Its easy to focus on minutiae in those explanations, and thus end up taking too much time to review them. My question is how much of that minutiae from uworld explanations is important when you start NBME exams or on the real exam. Should the goal only be to learn the key educational objective?

Generally, how did you approach learning/annotating from Uworld?

agreed, but the main thing you need to know is the concept, not each and every word like you do with FA, FA you have to know literally every word ie aldenrodnate is a pyrophoshphate analog and things like that, w/UW read the entire explanation, but focus on the education objective.
