Hey everyone,

So I was doing my daily review of UW questions a couple weeks before my Step 1 and came across a couple high yield pictures/charts/graphs. At that point, I though it would have been a good idea if I had kept a list of questions throughout my pass with those great graphs, so I could have run through them in these last couple of days.

I'm going to post a few that I came across today and hopefully, people can add more as we go along. (Make sure to copy the latest version of the list and just add your additional question numbers to the previous post. This way we could avoid repeats) I think its best to organize this by system ( alphabetically) and then by number within each system. Lets see how this will work.

Biochemistry
1071 Galactose metabolism
1247 Collagen synthesis
1338 Heme synthesis
1369 Alanine Glutamine cycle
1370 Urea cycle
1474 Lac Operon
2067 Salvage pathway
8480 Leukocyte Adhesion cascade
8524 lysosomal storage diseases
8563 Amino Acid products

Endocrine
1163 Cushing's syndromes
1427 Sex Hormones in male development

GI
404 Crohn's vs UC
1537 Celiac artery CT/MRI

Heart/Blood Vessels
1081 Platelet aggregation drugs
1509 Class I antiarrhythmics
1833 Fetal circulation
1871 Heart blood supply
1903 Coagulation cascade

Neurology
19 Neuronal necrosis timeline
492 Neuronal reaction to injury
794 Sagittal brain cuts
2127 Cerebral Hemispheres blood supply

Respiratory
1667 Respiratory infections in children

Hope you guys can add more.

Awesome thread idea.

I was going to make sure to look over UW as you said but especially the QIDs that start with and 8xxx because those are new and I have a theory that they were recently made in response to questions on the real deal. Even within those I am going to give ones with second messengers (not included in FA) special attention. Some of the ones with good diagrams were: Q 8632, Q8591, Q790, Q7707. Not an exhaustive list but hopefully it helps.

Edit: one more: Q8578

UWorld has really been infuriating me lately. I just found out last week that I can't reset the QBank. Now I found out that I can't just look up questions by their question number if I have already done them before. What's the point of that second thing? Isn't the goal to help me learn a topic? How is that benefiting them besides screwing me over and forcing me into buying a new membership when I already have one? It's complete garbage.

really nice thread but do you have any idea how to capture those diagram and picture ct xray? bcz every screen capture cant access usworld

Are you sure? I havent gotten uworld yet so I can't check..but I've heard of other people doing this as well. Check to see if theres a check unused vs. all questions button.

You would need an active account to search and pull up these questions (so im not advocating screen-shotting them)

On the contrary my friend, you can look up questions. I was just shown this by a friend last week and found it a very poorly advertised and well hidden feature. If you go to Utilities, a second set of tabs pop-down. From there, you need to click on the search tab and that will allow to you look up things by question ID (which is how this would work) or by keywords (so you if need be, you can pull up all the questions mentioning MEN 1)...

I know, I was mind-blown too. :boom:
