UWorld incorrect questions

For those who have studied or are studying for CBSE; when you got a UW or Amboss question wrong or didn't know part of a wrong answer, what did you do with that? I have been putting each tiny detail into an anki card and im at like 200 questions and 700 cards - feels unsustainable on top of the AnKing deck. thanks in advance!

ok thanks - so you never took notes or flashcards about missed questions?

I made one note card on the main point that summarizes everything at the bottom and then I did all incorrects.
