at the risk of sounding like an idiot....

pseudocyesis.....is the home pregnancy test ACTUALLY positive or is the patient just lying/believes it was pos?

not too important, i'm mainly just curious.

lying/believes its positive. I've never seen this, but I had an attending who swears he had a patient many years ago draw in the line or something with a blue pen.
