Hi, Uworld had a question about vaccines, which said that killed/viral mainly generate humoral response b/c they can't get inside cells, so they can't get on MHC 1, which is required for significant cell mediated immune response.
I'm a bit confused by this. Doesn't MHC II also activate strong cell mediated immune response..? Since Thelper cells do bind to MHC II.. or are they trying to say that since CD8 T cells wont be doing the killing it doesn't count as a strong cell mediated response? Thank you
