Just took UWSA2 and scored 250+, the problem is when I submit I am not sure if I am going to get 50% correct after a block or 80% correct. I do not think it is my confidence that is lacking, I am truly unsure. I have been getting about 70% on my recent blocks and my goal is a 230. Do other people feel this way after doing Uworld blocks? My test is in 2 weeks and I am not sure what to do.

Do an NBME exam, it should give you a good idea of where you are actually sitting.

took an NBME about 3 weeks ago and got a 230. My concern is most people say they know about how well they do walking out of the test and I don't even feel very confident when I am taking these practice exams. Do I push my exam back?

It actually seems to be the opposite for the most part. Most of the time people say they don't know how well they did.

IMO opinion, you shouldn't take your test until you score in the range you would be happy with on an NBME.
