How much vacation did you take every year during grad school? Not counting national holidays of course. I took 3 weeks a year.

Vacation is for wimps. If you want the publications, better not to take vacation. (j/k - I took 12 days per year, but I averaged 80 hours per week while I was a graduate student).

I can't remember exactly. I never counted. It was probably about a month a year.
