So, did anyone get an interview invite from Vanderbilt asking you to call their office next week to schedule your interview? Are you actually going to wait until next week to call, or will you make the call this week? I'm a little confused as to why they would send the email now, but ask you to wait until next week to call...

Also, is there anyone who has already gone through the Vanderbilt MSTP interview? What was it like? Any advice? 😉

I got the email on a Friday, so it made sense to call them next week.

I see no harm in calling them now.

Does anyone get the opportunity to fill the secondary? It's weird. I got an email yesterday from them saying that they got my AMCAS, and will only ask me to submit my secondaries if they want to schedule an interview, and that the request will be sent by mail and not by email. Then today I got the secondary application by email with no mention of an interview. 😕

The same thing happened to me as well. I am also confused.

I've gone through the MSTP application, and they say that everyone who applies MSTP gets the secondary. Probably the first email is meant to be sent to those applying MD only. I checked again the first email and there's no mention of MSTP.

Alrighty, thanks!
