Vanderbilt secondary

Got the Vandy secondary today. This is a very trivial matter, but I'm wondering how you handled the secondary.

It comes bound in a yellow booklet, but there are perforations to tear out the pages.

I was just going to tear out the pages and use a typewriter for the responses, and then send in the pages without the yellow booklet.

Is this what you did?
