Summary: Class sizes are about the same (~160), Residency match rates are both ~99.5%; Tuitions are pretty much the same. Also, I'm really interested in Emergency Medicine! Please help and give me some insight into what you guys think!
Pros
- Location - Spartanburg, SC (suburban) has got more going on than Lillington, NC (rural)
- good clinical rotation sites are close (in Spartanburg)
- 2 hours from home/family in Charlotte
- In-person interview, got a good feel for the school and everyone seemed welcoming
Cons
- traditional grading system for M1/M2
- 70% mandatory lecture attendance policy
- No affiliated residencies

- prepares students for COMLEX and USMLE
- only an hour from research triangle (where a lot of friends live)
- Optional lecture attendance
- Affiliated residencies
- Students seemed happy and welcoming

- traditional grading system for M1/M2
- Location - Lillington, NC, would either live in Fuquay (30 mins away, has restaurants and a Target) or Lillington (5 mins from campus, would have to drive further to grocery store and civilization)
- good clinical rotation sites (Raleigh) are further (~an hour)
- 3 hours from home/family in Charlotte
