LECOM seton hill vs VCOM Virginia campus

I’m still learning between these two schools.
I want to aim for anesthesia or orthopedic surgery

I know vcom focuses on rural and Lecom doesn’t. But Are both schools equal when I’m trying to achieve my goal or is one better than the other?
