I have recently been accepted to both of these schools, and I am having trouble deciding which to choose. I have already placed a deposit for vcom to secure a spot, but now I have been accepted to rvu. Here is my current list of pros and cons, but I am sure there are many others you guys might have, so I'd love to get your opinions!
VCOM-
Pros:
I felt comfortable during interview day
Good reputation
Great board scores
Good residency match
Cheaper COL
Cons:
Not fond of the area
Doesn't have well-established rotation sites
Mandatory attendance/dress code
RVU-
Pros:
Amazing location
Requires/prepares for USMLE
Clinic on site for early clinical experience
Better rotation sites and research opportunities because of Denver
Cons:
Not as good of an interview experience
Higher COL
Very far from home
