the questions were personal from my file (essay, LOR).
I had 3 interviewer:
The first asked me a lot of personal questions.
The second did not ask anything but we taked about his experience at VCOM.
The third asked only one question which was "what I will do if I saw someone cheating?"
Everybody was very nice at VCOM.
make sure to review your file and be confident in yourself.
Let me know if you guys need any help.
good luck.

Maybe just me, but I had a problem at my interview at VCOM in that the interviewers didn't really ask me any questions. That being my second interview I didn't know how to take control and sell myself. Maybe it wont happen to you but, just make sure you take every oppertunity to sell yourself.

would an MD LOR work for VCOM??? im planing to apply this summer. "??

How did you answer the question about cheating?

If they didn't ask you any questions, what did they say? And did you get accepted at VCOM?

I'm fortunate in that I work for a physician group, one of whom is a DO.

My LOR packet was that DO, plus one of the group MDs, plus an MD from my Navy reserve unit. VCOM took them without any complaint or objection.

Are you asking if MD letters can substitute completely for the DO letter? Is the DO letter mandatory at VCOM (as it is at some schools)? I don't know - play it safe and call the school.

You are almost guaranteed to be asked, "and what would you like to ask me?"

Have a well-prepared, deep, and thoughtful question specifically pertinent to VCOM ready to ask your interviewer.

All three of my interviewers had obviously spent time reading my file. If one of your interviewer(s) is more unstructured and doesn't ask straightforward questions, pick a particularly strong aspect of your packet or background, and steer the conversation towards selling yourself that way.

I said I will report him or her.
I believe this answer was very good becasue my interviewer was very happy with it.

I am interviewing Monday 2/27. I will be driving to Blacksburg and I am staying at Amerisuites. I will have about a 9hr drive, but I thought it would be a good chance to site see and visit a friend in Tennessee on my way home.

I had an MD letter and a DO letter. When I applied you had to have a DO letter. I think that is the same still.. You can call and ask them. Good luck!!
