Deadline for VCU is feb'17...
Does anyone know if it is on rolling basis?
and Do they have residency preference or they accept everyone?

It is on rolling basis. I think they look at everyone equally. I got my interview about 2 weeks after applying

VCU is not on rolling basis. They review all applications after deadline. This is as per my conversation with the admission wing.

Applying at VCU... however, I have not any info n just found out that they also have bench test... any one got IV? Any one kn about their bench test?

VCU has one of the most toughest bench test.. The invitation for IV sent before was before VCU made changed to their program. They will start inviting soon. Don't exactly know when but before it used to be one of the 1st schools to be out with IV's.
